Vladivostok residents and guests are invited to a gastronomic brunch as part of IV Pollock Festival "O!Mega Taste"! You will find a special menu in which the familiar Far Eastern pollock is revealed in a new way - bright, modern and very tasty.

In the brunch menu:

• "Golden Pollock" - a smear of pollock caviar with tartar made of shrimp, mango and fresh vegetables;
• brioche with smoked pollock, poached egg and Dutch sauce;
• dessert "Milpheus raspberry-cherry" with a delicate cream.
