Residents and guests of Primorye are invited to go on a unique trip to the island of Furugelm - the southernmost island of Russia and one of the most beautiful territories of the Far Eastern Marine Reserve. This is a rare opportunity to spend a day among untouched nature, see marine colonies of birds, rookeries of largue seals and feel the atmosphere of this protected Primorye.

The journey begins with the road to the village of Posiet, from where the group will go on a fast boat along the waters of Peter the Great Bay. Already on the way, guests are waiting for beautiful sea views and a stop at the stones of Michelson - one of the most famous rookeries of the Far Eastern larga. Here you can see seals in their natural habitat and watch them directly from the water.

The main part of the route is the island of Furugelma. This small island is considered a real natural treasure of Primorye. Here are the largest bird colonies of the Far East: on the rocks nest black-tailed gulls, cormorants, cairns, puffins-rhinoceroses, cleaners and many other sea birds. During the nesting season, the island literally comes to life with the sounds and movements of thousands of birds.

The island offers beautiful views of the sea, rocks and the coast of southern Primorye.

Equally impressive is the nature of the island. The vegetation of Furugelm has adapted to the harsh marine conditions, and the underwater world around the island is considered one of the richest in the waters of the Sea of Japan: the rocks are covered with mussels, actinia, sea stars and hedgehogs.

During the rest, guests can walk along the shore, have a picnic by the sea and enjoy the atmosphere of complete unity with nature.
