The lighthouse is not currently operational. You will make stops on viewing sites, enjoy the sea panoramas and the color of the water of the Sea of Japan. Before you will open the islands of the archipelago of Empress Eugenia, this archipelago includes the island of Shkota. In conditions of perfect visibility, you can also see the island of Askold. 16:50-17:10 - moving to the Novosiltsevo battery. Travel time is about 20 minutes. The Novosiltsevo battery is located under the Russian Bridge. At the end of the 19th century, the task of the battery was to counter the attempts of enemy ships to approach the eastern entrance to the Bosphorus Strait, as well as to prevent the enemy from trawling mine fences. Currently, the Novosiltsev battery is a tourist heritage site, restored with the APEC Summit in 2012. Thanks to the restoration, you can clearly see what the fortifications of the Vladivostok fortress looked like, climb to combat positions or just look at the guns.
