The Leopard Day Festival is a one-of-a-kind holiday dedicated entirely to the Far Eastern leopard. For the first time in Vladivostok, the festival was held in 2014, and since 2022 it has been held annually in the city. The choice of the theme of the festival is not accidental: Primorsky Krai is the only region in Russia where the Far Eastern leopard lives - the rarest large cat in the world. Traditionally, the festival program will include a race in leopard images, an open-air concert, master classes, a show in leopard costumes, outdoor games and quizzes. It is planned that for the first time under the auspices of the festival, several lectures will be held on the Far Eastern leopard and its special place in the culture of the Primorsky Territory.

Leopard Day Festival occupies a worthy place among the key events of Primorsky Krai. The Far Eastern leopard is not only one of the living symbols of our region, but also a unique asset. In Russia, these graceful predators live exclusively in Primorye. Holding the festival, we not only celebrate, but also remind: to save the leopard means to preserve a piece of the wild soul of our region.
