We continue to learn the culinary traditions of China at the School of Far Eastern Cuisine at the second master class “Hits of Chinese Cuisine”. This time we will prepare Chisanchi and Harbin salad with funchose and pork. Chisanchi is a popular Chinese dish made of groceries, potatoes and sweet pepper. In China, it is better known as “Di San Xian”, which means “Three Earthly Freshnesses”. Salad "Harbin" (aka "Heihe") - widely known among lovers of Chinese cuisine cold snack. However, under this name it is found only in Russia. The inhabitants of China call it “Han Shi Ban Zacai” (salad in Korean).
