You will learn how to properly cut this wayward bird and cook a rich broth based on a duck frame with the addition of spices. Learn how to properly prepare rice noodles and combine it with other ingredients to create a harmonious taste balance. In the soup you will add lime, Beijing cabbage and Shiitaki.

Pete with duck confi.  You may have already noticed that we like combinations of classic European and Asian cuisine. Here, for example, confiscation is a technique of slow languishing of foods at low temperature. Confi is one of the oldest methods of canning meat, this method is especially popular in the cuisine of southwestern France. Pita is a cake popular in the Mediterranean and Middle East. Usually made from wheat flour and baked in a dry pan or in the oven. In the process of baking, water vapor forms a bubble, separating the layers of dough and creating a pocket that can be filled with fillings. Mix French confi technique and Middle Eastern pita, filling it with tender and juicy duck meat, vegetables, savory Hoixin sauce and fresh strawberries.

The answer is this: it is a traditional Chinese snack that has become popular in many countries of the world because of its unique taste and ease of preparation. Thanks to the beating of cucumbers with a knife or roller coaster, they are quickly soaked in marinade, and the taste of the snack becomes balanced. This can be eaten as a stand-alone dish and as a garnish for poultry, meat or fish.
