Primorsky Oceanarium invites residents and guests of Vladivostok to the "Night of Museums". You will find fascinating lectures, exclusive excursions and master classes. 

Program: 

10:00 - lecture hall 5+ "Living autographs" (exposition "Rivers and lakes"). You will have the opportunity to learn about the animals of the Far East of our country, which have human names and surnames. You will hear fascinating stories about how these species were discovered by scientists and travelers, why they got their names and how today they preserve the heritage of their discoverers after tens or even hundreds of years.

11:00, 14:00 - creative master class "The Amazing World of Underwater Sounds" (exposition "The Sea of Japan"). What can the whisper of the sea depths tell us, can we even hear what the underwater world is saying to us? Come to the Primorsky Oceanarium to push back the veil of these secrets and listen to the conversations of marine inhabitants.

13:00, 15:00 - thematic excursion "Memory of the Fire Years". The tour is dedicated to people whose names are forever inscribed in the history of our homeland: pioneers, researchers of the Far Eastern borders of Russia, scientists who have unbending will, determination and selflessly devoted to the Motherland.

16:00 - a thematic tour of the Primorsky Oceanarium "Sea Neighbors" for children (6+). Around the main building of the aquarium, on artificial rocks, there are dummies, which very accurately (except for size) recreate the unusual appearance of the inhabitants of the Sea of Japan. 18:00 - a thematic excursion for adults on the territory of the aquarium (18+) "On the edge of the earth". Participants of the excursion will go to the viewing platform of Cape Zhitkov, from where they will be able to see several geographical and historical sights of Vladivostok at once: the Russian Bridge, the Bosphorus East Strait, the first Skryplev lighthouse in Primorye and its “partner” – the Basargin lighthouse. Only in the "Night of Museums" you will have the opportunity to enjoy evening walks on the territory of the Primorsky Oceanarium, it will be open until 22:00 (free bus will run). Do not miss the chance to see the beauty of the landscaped park in the light of the illumination!
