Section "Infrastructure" reveals the conditions for the formation of the gallery as a private exhibition space at the turn of the nineties and zeroes, lays the foundation for a dialogue about today, and is represented by archival videos, publications, catalogs and interviews. The chapter “Community” is one of the many possible sections of non-conformist seaside art and at the same time demonstrates works of iconic artists for the gallery. Two other subsections are included in the "Community": in "Art Fairs" the viewer gets acquainted with the main function of the gallery for the representation of artists in the commercial art market, and "Partnership" reveals the main principles of work that made the "Arka" gallery famous both in the city and abroad - open cooperation and inexhaustible hospitality.
