The Consulate General of India in Vladivostok invites you to the celebration of the XI International Yoga Day.  This year the holiday will be held under the motto "Yoga for unity and general health."

The program provides demonstration of asanas, pranayama, capalabhati and breathing exercises in accordance with the General Protocol of Yoga, meditation under the guidance of a teacher, familiarizing participants with the anatomy of movements.

> The venue provides for the distribution of t-shirts and yoga mats. The number is limited! If possible, please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
