  The rights of a tourist abroad

  Based on the results of consideration of the tourist's appeal, the association of tour operators takes a written decision on the provision of emergency assistance or refusal to provide emergency assistance.

  The Rules do not apply to cases of evacuation by the decision of the President of the Russian Federation of Russian tourists from the territory of a foreign state in connection with the emergence of a threat to the safety of their life and health.

  The contract with the tour operator

  Termination of the contract:

  When the contract for the sale of a tourist product on the initiative of a tourist is refunded in accordance with the Russian law.

  Claims for the quality of services are presented to the tour operator within 20 days after the expiration of the contract and are subject to consideration within 10 days.
