Vladivostok Airport is the best again!

Vladivostok International Airport became the winner of the 27th national aviation award "Wings of Russia" in the nomination "Airport in the category up to 3 million passengers per year" in 2023. On April 2, the 27th annual ceremony of awarding the national aviation award “Wings of Russia” was held in Moscow. This professional award has won the status of one of the most prestigious awards of the industry, which recognizes industry leaders who have made the greatest contribution to the formation and development of the Russian air transportation market. Vladivostok International Airport was chosen by voting of members of the expert council, which includes representatives of public and private companies, aviation authorities and mass media.

Denis Chmutov, General Director of Vladivostok International Airport: "Vladivostok Airport was recognized as the winner of the national aviation award "Wings of Russia" for the first time. We would like to express our gratitude to the expert jury and all those who voted for Vladivostok Airport. I thank the staff of the air harbor for professionalism, coherence and loyalty to the chosen cause. I would like to stress that this year this is the second highest industry award we have received following the results of our work in 2023. In February, we became the winners of the “Air Gate” award in the nomination “Best Airport” (with passenger traffic from 2 to 6 million passengers).”

Recall, the national aviation award “Wings of Russia” was established in 1996 by the magazine “Air Transport Review” and the Russian Association of Air Transport Operators. The best enterprises of air transport of the country according to the results of work in 2023 competed for prestigious awards in 15 nominations. In 12 nominations, the winners were determined by the expert council of the competition, and in three by passengers, by electronic voting.
