Business Primorye cleans the beaches

Partners of the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye) do not just offer different services to residents and guests of the region. An important aspect of the work is the quality of services provided, the implementation of internal environmental policy, participation in city-wide social actions. We are talking about cleaning the coasts and adjacent water areas from garbage as part of the Water of Russia campaign, which takes place annually as part of the federal project.

The team of the water complex "Aquatoria" took part in an environmental campaign to clean the coast on the beach of the village of Canal on the Russian island. The initiator of the subbotnik was the team of the complex with the support of the Vladivostok administration.

More than 60 employees of the company took part in the cleaning, which lasted more than four hours. Together, they managed to clean up a significant part of the coastal area, collecting a total of about 1 ton of various garbage - mainly plastic bottles, glass, fishing nets and household waste left by tourists. The collected garbage is removed with the help of the Vladivostok administration.

"For us, this is not a one-time action, but a part of corporate culture and a sincere desire to contribute to the purity and beauty of our unique region," said Alyona Babeshko, director of the water complex "Aquatoria". - We see how the place is transformed when caring people take up business, and we hope that our example will inspire other business communities of Vladivostok to such initiatives.

The event clearly demonstrated that business can and should play an active role in solving environmental issues of the city, turning social responsibility into real affairs. This approach also enhances the tourist attractiveness of the city, the territories chosen by citizens and guests for recreation and visiting excursion routes.
