More than 100 dishes of Far Eastern cuisine will be offered by Vladivostok chefs to the guests of the Primorsky monsoon

Gastronomic component is the constant of Primorsky monsoons (0+). The dishes are all different. But one thing is common – local products, interspersed tastes, recipes and traditions of Asian countries. And such a mix is a real "chip" not only of the event itself, but also of the tourist potential of Vladivostok.

The hospital of Vladivostok will offer guests dishes of Far Eastern cuisine, pastries and drinks. Chefs from 20 restaurants and cafes, who have already gained enough experience in working on street food courts, will be behind the shelves of gastrodomies and food trucks. The latter are the “strong link” of the seaside gastrodirection. They managed to appreciate during the WEF, not only the cooks themselves, but also visitors to the "Street of the Far East". What will surprise the guests of the monsoons employees of restaurants and cafes? The menu includes Korean ear chemultan and Far Eastern fern with meat “Hunting”, zestigai with fish and Far Eastern pilaf with seafood, gedza with French shrimp and dumplings in Russian, harumaki tubes and that pit (by the way, they say that today this is one of the most popular dishes in Vladivostok), scallop and shrimp barbecue and fried potatoes. In general, almost a hundred of the most diverse dishes, plus almost 30 desserts.
