The project is a series of audio guides based on the materials of the exhibits of the open area and the internal exposition of the museum. At the moment, 22 audio guides have been compiled and recorded. The new format allowed to expand the organization's capabilities to serve visitors - now you can get on a tour of the museum without waiting for the set of the excursion group. Every day, excursions, meetings, conferences, city events are held on the site of the center, dedicated to memorable aviation dates, days of military glory, state and city holidays. Every year the museum is visited by more than 15 thousand people, more than 1,000 excursions are held. Now there are 12 exhibits on the open area of the museum, more than 500 in the internal exposition.
Our activities are aimed at popularizing aviation, patriotic education and career guidance of young people, we are constantly improving and expanding the base of our museum. We have new exhibits, we organize various exhibitions and events. At the same time, we are introducing modern forms of information. In the spring-summer period, a large number of school groups come to us - our guides adapt excursions taking into account the age of children. The older audience can now independently follow the excursion route and avoid waiting for the guide. We have purchased 10 sets of devices for reproduction, commented Sergey Supronenko, deputy director of the Far Eastern Aviation Museum for scientific work and general questions.
The Far Eastern Aviation Museum operates from Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00, is closed for visits on Mondays. Tickets: 300 rubles - adult; 200 rubles - children's, student and pension; 500 rubles - for foreign tourists; free - children under 5 years and preferential categories of citizens. The cost of the audio guide is 100 rubles (headphones and device are included in the price).
We note that it is also possible to listen to audio guides on the IZI Travel platform. The museum is confident that this will increase interest in the museum itself and in aviation as a whole, as well as integrate it into the international tourist routes of the Primorsky Territory.
