The main ecotropes of the “Land of the Leopard” are treated from ticks

Acaricide treatment of the most popular recreation places "Lands of the Leopard" was carried out in the south-west of the Primorsky Territory.

April brought warming to the south of Primorye, which is welcome not only tourists. With an increase in temperatures, the activity season of ixodic ticks began, which carry the dangerous virus of tick-borne encephalitis.

To protect visitors to the "Land of the Leopard", anti-tick treatment was carried out at tourist sites within the villages of Barabash and Kravtsovka. So, the anti-tick drug was sprayed at the ecological trail "Kravtsovsky waterfalls" and the highway at the entrance to the tourist facility. The ecological trail “Leopard’s Path”, the territory of the “Lands of the Leopard” visit center and the recreation area in the Central Estate in Barabash were also treated from ticks.

It is important to emphasize that the treated areas are not part of specially protected natural areas, so the flora and fauna of the national park were not affected. Ecological trail "Kravtsovsky waterfalls" will lead visitors to the famous all Primorye natural waterfalls. The first two waterfalls are equipped with spacious observation decks, those who wish can use the picnic area with gazebos and grills at the entrance to the trail, a toilet with hot and cold water supply is also installed. The arrangement of the decking wooden trail saved the local unique nature from destruction and made its visit accessible and safe.

"The leopard path" is the visiting card of the national park. This place is equipped with many information stands, tablets, interactive elements and viewing platforms. In the village, guests can visit the Land of the Leopard visit center and buy souvenirs there, stay in the Central Estate hotel complex.
