Registration in the new season of the main tourist competition of the country "Masters of Hospitality"

The project "Masters of Hospitality" of the presidential platform "Russia - Land of Opportunities" launched a new fourth season of the main tourist competition of the country.

Participants will have the opportunity to express themselves throughout Russia, develop in their profession, undergo training, and become part of the personnel potential of the hospitality industry. In order for talented, modern-thinking and creative employees of the tourism industry to become as many as possible, in 2019 the presidential platform "Russia - Land of Opportunities" launched the project "Masters of Hospitality". Its main goal is to find and support the professional development of specialists in the hospitality industry and interested youth, staffing the tourism industry. Over the years, the personnel competition "Masters of Hospitality" has scaled into the largest tourist project in the country with different directions of development of participants and a huge community of hospitality industry specialists. More than 96,000 people from 88 regions of Russia and 29 foreign countries were interested in the project. 

One of the kindest, most soulful and sought-after projects on the Russia – Land of Opportunities platform is the Masters of Hospitality competition, because it unites people who invest their strength and soul in the development of the regions of our country. Recently, the project celebrated its fourth birthday, and today we launched the fourth season of the competition, which will open two areas: for industry managers and for people with breakthrough ideas in tourism. Participants will be able to receive a cash grant, personal career production, project support and the opportunity to work with an experienced mentor. Separate opportunities to declare themselves, present their social projects, pass specialized internships will be given to young people, - says the General Director of ANO "Russia - Land of Opportunities", Rector of the Presidential Academy (RANEPA) Alexei Komissarov.

The new season of the project "Masters of Hospitality" includes four areas: community, education, special products and competition. On the website welcomecup.rsv.ru you can get acquainted with each, apply and become part of a large spiritual community of masters. Participants are 18 years of age. In the new season of the main tourist competition of the country "Masters of Hospitality" participants are waiting for two directions: - "Managers of the hospitality industry" for middle and senior managers of organizations in the field of tourism. Participants will assess professional knowledge and flexible skills in accordance with their direction: tour operator and travel agency activities, hotel business and sanatorium-resort activities, restaurant business, adventure and creative industries, small business, public management sector. - "Breakthrough ideas in tourism" for representatives of different areas with their own ideas or launched projects that are suitable for the customer's request. The winners of the competition can receive cash awards for education or development of their business, project support from the customer, pass a two-module management program of professional development, receive a mentor and career consultant, as well as personal career production. Active and talented young people making their first steps in the field of tourism will be able to express themselves separately. This direction of the project will give opportunities to young people with bright tourist ideas to declare themselves, to reveal their potential, to help implement socially-oriented projects, as well as to receive offers to undergo specialized internships and find employment in leading companies of the hospitality industry. You can also try your hand at the program "MG.Regions&Business, which allows you to focus the attention of industry professionals on solving specific problems of the development of companies engaged in tourism activities. Currently, a set for a case for the development of the village "Mandrogi", an open-air museum. Participants will be able to develop a strategy for the development of the territory and pass a competition to replace leadership positions. The customer of the case is Mantera Group. Registration for the case for the development of the territory of strategic importance - the Vostochny Cosmodrome, which will become the technocenter of the future space cluster and the case for the development of the infrastructure of municipalities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. 

The project successfully implements a mentoring program: masters are mentored by industry leaders - famous hoteliers and restaurateurs, tour operators, heads of profile companies, representatives of authorities interested in bright ideas and new staff. They help participants in the professional development and implementation of author’s tourist ideas.
