How was the rhododendra party

On May 12, a party dedicated to rhododendron, a symbol of Vladivostok, took place within the framework of the "Festival of Rhododendron" (6+); Guests of the event were offered original cocktails, and the brand chef of the Georgian restaurant "Supra" with his team prepared a juicy barbecue on the grill.

In the cafe "Orangerie" - and this place became the location for the party - also held a photo exhibition. The flowering of rhododendron is a real reason for creativity.Primorsky photo artists recorded many moments of the short life of flowering shrubs and showed this fragile beauty in their works. They reflected the beauty of rhododendron – from panoramic images to large frames. In each work - an admiration of the plant itself and the nature of Primorye. They bloom from mid-April to mid-May: the pink wave slowly moves from south to north of the edge. More than 30 photos were presented at the event. Every frame is a beautiful moment. And considering these photos, it was possible not only to make a small “journey” in Primorye, but also to capture the feelings that the photographer felt during the shooting.

“Rhododendron Festival” (6+) was first held this year in Primorsky Krai from April 29 to May 12. It was organized by the Tourist and Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye).
