How Vladivostok will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory

May 9, the 80th anniversary of the Victory will be celebrated in all municipalities of Primorsky Krai.
In the city of military glory Vladivostok will be held a military parade, the procession “Immortal regiment”, a holiday in the central square and fireworks. The concert program will feature the best seaside artists and performers, as well as the creative team of the Mangyongde Palace of schoolchildren from the DPRK. All residents and guests of the region are invited to celebrate the Victory Day.
The main holiday will be held in the capital of Primorye. At 10:00, the "strong" parade of troops and military equipment will begin. At the end of the parade from 11:00 to 12:00 there will be a procession of residents of Primorye "Immortal Regiment" - in memory of the dead participants of the Great Patriotic War.
In the central square of Vladivostok from 12:00 to 16:00 there will be day program of festive events. There will be numerous thematic venues: exhibitions from the Primorsky State Archives, multimedia park "Russia - My History", museums of the Pacific Fleet and Arsenyev, "Front Cinema Hall", exhibition "Victory Awards", colorful installations and interactive photo zones, master classes "Trench candles" and "Weaving camouflage networks".
The most active will be able to participate in the maze and obstacle course, as well as check their accuracy in a dash. Many will be interested to see retro cars and captured military equipment of NATO countries and Ukraine – eight combat vehicles captured by our servicemen in the special operation zone are already on the city square. Also for the first time there will be exhibited for a general view of the aircraft and the helicopter.
Twice in the day and evening program of the holiday will hold a action "Waltz of Victory".
On the main stage, the audience will see performancesthe best artists and performers of the region, the Moscow State University pop orchestra named after Admiral G.I. Nevelsky, the ense of the border management of the Federal Sea of Russia. The concert of the creative team of the Mangyonde Palace of schoolchildren from the DPRK, who came to Primorye at the invitation of the Governor of the Territory Oleg Kozhemyako specifically for Victory Day, will be held from 14:30 to 15:00.
