"Cambaleila - 2024" invites for fun, excitement and delicious food

In the Shkotovsky district of Primorye in the village of Podyapolskoye on May 18, the fourth festival "Kambaleila - 2024" (6+) will be held. The program for any age and taste: from gambling fishing to delicious treats.

The event will consist of two main blocks: gastro-entertainment part and mass fishing. More than 80 fishermen will participate in the flounder hunt. As in previous years, in Podyapolsk fishermen will gather from different parts of Primorye. The main thing is that the participant was more than 18. 

In May, the floundering season, she has already "waked up", fishing brings a lot of pleasure. Important point: fishing gear should be allowed, no poaching. The main prize of the competition is a motor boat! In neighboring countries of Asia, this sea bottom fish due to the similarity of taste sensations when consumed is often called “sea chicken”. It is delicious, and there is no one who does not appreciate the meat of this fish. And this can be verified by becoming a member of the gastronomic program. 

When conducting gastronomic master classes, the tone will be set by the team of chefs of the water complex "Aquatoria" - chef Maxim Mozharovsky and sous-chef Anton Gerego:

- 12:45-13:30 - Kambala, fried with a sauce and a gastsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;                &nb Guests of the festival will be able to taste four types of ears. Already declared seaside ear, Pomeranian ear, Far Eastern fish soup and fish salt. Also on the menu and Far Eastern taiga tea, which includes forest herbs, honey, spices and even scented pepper. The feast will begin at 13:00 and will continue until the boilers are empty. Guests will have to eat and drink almost 300-350 servings of ear and tea.

For children will be organized special master classes: Our hands are not for boredom: make a tiger/leopard hat at 11:30-12:00 and 13:30-14:00. Creative, creative natures: paint the Far Eastern gingerbread at 12:30-13:00 and 14:30-15:00. Throughout the holiday, the creative teams of the district will perform on the site.
