Leo.Run – a unique trail will be held in the national park “Land of the Leopard” in June

Trail half marathon Leo.Run will be held on June 15, 2024 in the most feline territory of Russia in the habitat of the rarest cat on the planet in the national park "Land of the Leopard".

Hundreds of people from all over the country have a unique opportunity to touch the wildlife and beautiful landscapes, as well as the opportunity to be involved in an important mission. Part of the funds from the ticket sale will be used to preserve and restore the world’s only population of the Far Eastern leopard. Overcome a difficult, but incredibly beautiful route can both amateurs and professional athletes. Runners will be available distances of 3, 5, 10 and 22 km. The total climb will be 900 meters. Also, a new distance of 15 km is added and the route is changed by 22 km - which will be the highlight of this year.

The route of the race will take place in the south-west of Primorye, on one of the most beautiful tourist routes of the Primorsky Territory ("Semiverstka"), which is distinguished by picturesque views of the Amur Bay and the bridges of Vladivostok. This is an economic zone, in connection with which the key habitats of the inhabitants of the park will not be disturbed. For many participants, Leo.Run is not just a competition, it is a real sports holiday, an adventure where you can run with friends, communicate with like-minded people, recharge with the energy of nature and once again demonstrate your love of running. The Land of the Leopard National Park is a unique territory where the population of the rarest Far Eastern leopard was saved from extinction. During the work of the national park - since 2012 - the population has grown to 125 individuals. 

The organizers of the large-scale sports festival are the RunDnsRun running club and the Land of the Leopard with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the General Partner of Xiaomi, as well as the administration of the Hasan municipal district. Guests and participants of the significant event can have an interesting time, relaxing on the eve of the significant event in the Lands of the Leopard hotel, located near the launch site, as well as visit ecotropes and take part in excursions. All participants will have the opportunity to compete for the main prize – 360,000 rubles – and prizes from the general partner Xiaomi and other partners of the event. Registration for the Leo.Run race is open at leorun.ru. The number of participants is limited. Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye) is a partner of the event.
