On the eve of a series of long holiday weekends, the power structures of Primorye switch to a strengthened version of the service. The Anti-Terrorist Commission of the region reminds residents and guests of the region about the rules of safe behavior in public places. As reported in the office of the Commission, on holidays increases the number of police officers and Regardie engaged in the protection of public order. There will be more foot patrols and traffic police on the streets. “Places of mass events will be checked in advance by cynological groups. Employees with metal detectors will be on duty, the department said. Despite the strengthening of law enforcement, citizens also need to be vigilant and cautious. During mass events: – determine in advance which places in the event of an extreme situation are most dangerous – it can be passages between sectors in the stadium, glass doors and partitions in concert halls; – pay attention to emergency exits, think about how to get to them faster if necessary; – avoid large crowds of people. Do not join the crowd, no matter how much you want to look at the events; – it is easiest to hide from the crowd in the corners of the hall or near the walls, but from these points it is more difficult to get to the exit; – if panic begins, try to remain calm and soberly assess the situation; – Once in the crowd, let it carry you, but try to get out of it; – once in a stampede, breathe deeply and spread your arms bent at the elbows a little to the side so that the chest is not squeezed; – try to be as far away as possible from tall and large people, and keep from old people, and from old people in any way. Do not keep your hands in your pockets; – moving, raise your legs as high as possible, put your foot on the full foot, do not seed, do not climb on tiptoes; – if the stampede increases, immediately free yourself from any burden, first of all from a bag on a long belt and a scarf, if any; – if you drop something, in no case bend over to lift; – if you fall, try to get back to your feet as quickly as possible. Don’t lean on your hands; they can be crushed or broken in a crowd. Try to stand on the soles or socks for a moment. Having found a support, "emerge" up, sharply pushing back from the ground with your feet. If you find a suspicious object that may turn out to be an explosive device (such objects are found in transport, on staircases, near the doors of apartments, in institutions and public places): - if the discovered object should not, in your opinion, be in this place, do not leave this fact without attention; - if you find a forgotten or ownerless thing in public transport, interview people nearby. Find out who it is and who may have left it. If the owner is not established, immediately report the find to the driver or driver; if you find an unknown item in the entrance of your house, interview neighbors, it may belong to them. If the owner is not identified, immediately report the find to your police station; if you find an unknown item in the institution, immediately report the find to the administration or security. In all these cases: – do not touch, do not move, do not open the discovered object; – fix the time of discovery of the object; – try to do everything possible to make people move as far as possible from the find; – be sure to wait for the arrival of the investigative team and remember that you are a very important eyewitness. In case of a threat of a terrorist act, you should call by phone: UFSB of Russia in Primorsky Krai: 8 (423) 221-72-12; UMVD of Russia in Primorsky Krai: 8 (423) 249-04-91; GU EMERCOM of Russia in Primorsky Krai: 8 (423) 243-28-27.
