Spring takes its place. Migratory birds, wintering in warm countries, reached for their native land. Fans of watching birds are already fully armed.

The network appeared the first shots, travel companies offer appropriate excursions. There are two main migration flows through the region. One - along the sea coast, which is chosen, for example, loons, waders. The second is directed towards the Ussuri Valley, Khanka, the Tumannaya River. Most waterfowl and the vast majority of land birds cross Primorye in this way.

Recently in Primorye noticed the first migratory Japanese cranes. They stop in the region for another week - to rest, eat, gain strength before flying to Amur. Hundreds of different species of birds began to nest on Hanka, in the second half of March they will be much more: herons, ibis, storks, cranes, crumbs. Millions of migratory birds, returning from wintering places, appear with the onset of spring in the sky over the “Land of the Leopard”. For five years now, the national park has been offering exclusive bird watching tours. The two-day program for birdwatching operates until mid-May and includes bird observation of the reserve "Cedar Pad" (the oldest in the Far East), visiting the lakes. Nazimov's bird and braids. During the trip, guests are accompanied by an experienced guide. Accommodation during the tour is provided by the "Land of the Leopard".

"South-West of Primorye is perfect for birdwatching. Some of the migratory birds stop for wintering here, for example, black vultures. And many species in these places are unique to Russia - the rarest yellow-billed herons, scaly crumbs. Birdwatching is an exclusive thing, the program is actually individual. Fans of bird watching go alone or in small groups of two or three people. Last year, more than 10 Birdwatchers were accepted, the National Park “Land of the Leopard” explained.

Viewing birds is an exciting and unforgettable activity. Participants of these trips are interesting, well-read people who know nature, they are kind of ambassadors of the live life of birds. This is the hottest time for Birdwatchers. Clocks of sitting still come back a hundredfold - amazingly fabulous frames.

Organization of tours to observe birds has been engaged for 15 years. We have two trips a season on our schedule. On the one hand, it's not enough. But on the other hand, that's enough. We try to get there before the hunting season. Each group has 18-20 people. Usually on these trips photographers and ornithologists. Europeans used to travel with us, now our compatriots. Many birds fly in the direction of Hanka for rest, and then on. And when birds rest on the lake is a real miracle that is difficult to describe in words. Imagine a water surface with almost 20,000 birds. We also watch the spoons on Furugelma, – said the head of the company “ForiTour Primorye” Lyudmila Kornyushina.

The next tour is scheduled for March 16. This will be a real journey to the unique stopping places of more than 300 species of migratory birds, the number of which on the ducts and checks of the Khankai Valley simply cannot be counted. Birdwatchers observe migratory birds during the day during stops at places of accumulation of birds. Another meeting will take place in the early morning, at dawn, in the wetlands of Khanka, when in the pink sky in the rays of the rising sun, birds soar into the sky. You can still have time to "jump into the last car" by calling the company by phone +7 (423) 242-20-17.
