On the ice of Novik Bay: Tour of Papenberg Island will be held on February 11

Traditional sea ice cyclorally"Haier Tour of Papenberg Island" with the opportunity to overcome the distance by running, skating and skiing will be held in Vladivostok next Sunday, February 11, in Novik Bay.

Start at 12 o'clock in the area of the yacht club "Scarlet Sails" (Crew, Russky Island). This year will be the 11th time. Participants will be able to choose both their own way of travel and a distance of 6 km, 10 or 23 km. The age of the participants is not limited. For children, there is a distance on begovels - 1 km. Each of the distances will pass on a ring around the picturesque island of Papenberg in Novik. Control points for the longest distance - 23 km - will be installed in Polonka Bay and at Cape Krutoy. Winners will receive prizes and gifts from sponsors. In the coming days, it is still possible to apply for participation at orgeo.ru. 

Participants of the "Tour of Papenberg Island" annually become hundreds  lovers of winter and recreation from other countries only. This is one of the brightest and most colorful sports events in Vladivostok, where people come not only to test their strength and compete for awards, but also to communicate with like-minded people. In different years on the day of the race, nature arranged a variety of surprises - from thaws to blizzards and snowstorms. The race has been running since 2014.
