The third festival "Primorsky monsoons" became a kind of culmination of the high season not only in Vladivostok, but also in Primorye. His novelties were to the taste and liking of the guests of the event. Life on the promenade of Sports Harbour boiled from 26 to 28 September. In the food court area, teams of almost 20 restaurants acquainted the guests of the event with dishes of Far Eastern cuisine and Asian countries: in the menu, seafood, taiga gifts, names of dishes emphasize the geography of the region and Asian mosaics. Almost 26,000 servings of food and drinks were sold during the festival days.

Guests were offered an acquaintance with Millionka, a historical walk along the Sports Harbor with a visit to the National Center “Russia” in the Primorsky Territory. As a result, 120 people went on six excursions. Guests from the coastal cities, the Irkutsk region, the Republic of Buryatia, Abakan, Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg willingly interested in the past of Vladivostok, the present and future of the Far Eastern capital. Youth competed on the skate park site, demonstrating their skills and claiming the title of master of the best trick. In four disciplines, Skate, BMX, Scooter, Roller, 140 people took part, fans of extreme roller skating, stunt scooter and bicycles.

A great surprise for the organizers were groups of Chinese tourists: someone tried dishes, someone tried to master the Russian script. Moreover, they walked for a long time, looked closely and took pictures willingly.

The headliner of the event was the Hatters. Russian rock band The Hatters willingly accepted the offer to perform in Vladivostok. Lighted to glory. Viewers rejoiced.

According to the Deputy Director of the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye) Vitaly Stanislavchuk, the festival showed that such events are interesting not only for Primorye residents, but also for guests from other regions. And even from neighboring China. The festival is gaining momentum, next year the organizers again promise to surprise the audience.
