On October 3, B2B negotiations were held in Vladivostok between representatives of the Russian and Chinese tourist business. The organizer was Vladivostok International Airport. The event was attended by the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye), representatives of Chinese airlines and representatives of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport. The venue for the negotiations was the business hall of the Novotel Vladivostok hotel.

The opening speech was taken by the head of the aviation marketing department of Vladivostok International Airport Dmitry Khazin. He noted that now from Vladivostok direct flights can fly to 6 cities in China: Beijing, Harbin, Dalian, Yanji, Shanghai and Sanya. Flights are performed by 6 airlines, including 3 Chinese. In November, flight programs to Changchun and Xi'an will start. Now a week there are 38 flights to China, and with the opening of new destinations, the number of flights will increase. The plans at Vladivostok airport sign an agreement on cooperation with Xian airport (PRC).

The tourism potential of Primorsky Krai was presented by Deputy Head of Project Management and Analytics Department of the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye) Anna Pak. She noted that Primorye is a storehouse of natural beauty, landscapes, picturesque bays, as well as a balanced mix of Asian and Western cultures. Guests from China were presented with popular tourist places of the Primorsky Territory, event events that are annually held by the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye), Far Eastern cuisine and where to try it, as well as the tourist potential of the Khasan district. Speakers thanked the organizers of the event for the invitation and spoke about Xi'an as a new tourist destination from Vladivostok (note: direct flights to Xi'an will be launched from Vladivostok in November 2024). They also noted that they enjoyed their stay in Vladivostok and hope that with the opening of a direct flight, Chinese tourists will be able to enjoy the beauty of Primorsky Krai. At the end of the speeches, the participants proceeded to business negotiations.
