Primorye invited to participate in the All-Russian competition of attractions

For the first time, the competition "From the South Seas to the Polar Region" was held in 2024. Then the Russians identified 30 locations in three categories and created an online gallery with their places of power. As a result, it was decided to make the project annual. Its main goal is to popularize the sights of Russia and increase the interest of citizens to study the country and their region, as well as strengthen historical memory.

> At the preparatory stage, each region forms its own team of five people. It may include representatives of executive authorities in the field of tourism and youth policy, members of public youth and educational organizations, employees of tourist information centers, representatives of the tourism business, non-profit organizations, as well as industry experts. They will choose those locations that will represent the region in the nominations “Development Space”, “Points of Attraction”, “Places of Good Deeds” and participate in the popular vote, as well as lists of attractions applying for inclusion in the galleries “Memorable Places of the Great Victory” and “Russia is the first in the world!”.

< style=”text-align:justify;” As part of the first competition in 2024, 445 attractions fought for the victory, more than 100 thousand votes were cast by Russians during the popular vote, 430 creative works were received as a result of the creative task performed by the residents of the country. The organizers expect no less interest in the project this year.

We remind you: in 2024, the National Park "Land of the Leopard" entered the TOP-10 attractions in the nomination "Dream of my heart."

The main stage of the competition starts on April 1, 2025: then the popular vote for attractions, filling of galleries will open and work will begin among those who decided to perform a creative task and take part in various competitive activities. The results will be announced on May 9. The best regional teams, as well as the most active participants, will have the opportunity to go on tours from "More than travel".
