Primorsky Krai was among the leaders of the National Tourist Rating-2023

The magazine "Rest in Russia" together with the Center for Information Communications "Rating" conducted the ninth annual study devoted to the development of domestic and inbound tourism, the tourist attractiveness of Russian regions, their tourist potential and popularity among domestic and foreign tourists. The authors of the rating analyzed the level of development of the tourism industry and hotel infrastructure; the profitability of the tourism and hospitality industry, its contribution to the economy of the region; the development of the sanatorium and resort industry of the region; the popularity of the region among tourists who come for several days; the popularity of the region among foreigners; the tourist uniqueness and attractiveness of the region; the level of crime in the region; the promotion of the tourist potential of the region in the information space. The new rating criterion is the tourist flow. 

According to the results of the rating, Primorsky Krai is located on the 7th place. In the top three leaders Moscow, Moscow region and Krasnodar Krai. We remind you that by the end of 2023, Primorye was visited by more than 3.5 million people. Primorsky Krai is also the leader in tourist trips among the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District.
