Primorsky National Park "Land of the Leopard" in the TOP-30 attractions of the country

The Russians identified the top 30 attractions of the country in 2024 in the All-Russian competition from the program “More than travel”. Among the finalists is the Land of the Leopard National Park. In the competition of attractions "From the South Seas to the Polar Region" summed up. 

From March 1 to 31, voting participants chose the top 30 locations that will be included in the tourist routes of the program "More than a trip." 

The competition of attractions "From the South Seas to the Polar Region" is not only a competition, but also a platform that unites people from all over the country. Residents of Russia saw new places of pride and were able to share their favorite places. The gallery of attractions created during the competition became a source of inspiration for tourists from all over the country, said the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Ksenia Razuvaeva.

To participate in the competition, 89 regional teams presented 5 main locations of their subject. In total, 445 attractions were selected - the organizing committee approved both popular and little-known objects of cultural, historical, natural and sports heritage, reflecting the industrial and scientific potential of the region, points of attraction of young people and places associated with the lives of outstanding people of the country. In the final stage, 204 votes were given for Primorye objects.

The main attractions in 3 nominations and 30 objects that will be included in the routes of the More than Travel program were determined by the results of the competition. National Park “Land of the Leopard” with 125 votes entered the TOP 10 attractions in the nomination “Dream of my heart”. The same site is on the list of 30 attractions that will be part of the More Than Travel itineraries. Participants of the contest shared their words-associations that are associated with this attraction. For them, the national park “Land of the Leopard” is a call of nature, a unique place, passion, tenderness, beauty, happiness, inspiration, wild beauty, etc. It is nice that the National Park “Land of the Leopard” reached the final of the competition and became one of the attractions of our country, inscribed in the tourist routes in Russia. Due to its unique nature and rare inhabitants, this object is most popular with tourists coming to Primorye from other regions of Russia. We do not have a single company that would not offer guests of the region an acquaintance with the Land of the Leopard. The natural theme and the life of the spotted cat are presented on the interactive trail at the booth of the Primorsky Territory at the exhibition “Russia” in Moscow: guests stand in line to feel the atmosphere of rest in Primorye. We are sure that all this will attract even more tourists to the region. And our task is to offer and organize an interesting, high-quality and safe holiday, said Arseniy Krepsky, Head of the Primorsky Territory Tourism Agency.
