On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a program of youth and student tourism is being implemented on the basis of Vladivostok State University (VVSU): young people can travel to the Primorsky Krai and stay at the VVSU campus and hostel at affordable prices (from 103 rubles / day). The University acts as the host university and provides housing one month a year from July 15 to August 15, 2024. You can travel in organized groups or on your own. It is also possible year-round accommodation in partner enterprises (hotels and hostels). There are three options for young travelers: - Popular tourism: trips for professional development, writing and internships. Vocational guidance tourism: trips for short-term immersion in the specialties of interest, changing the direction of training, specialization, obtaining new skills and competencies. - Cultural, educational and recreational tourism: trips for the purpose of cultural and personal development.The routes of the program "Studtourism of VVSU" provide participation in scientific events of the university, visiting partner enterprises in order to form professional competencies, studying cultural and historical objects of the city and region. Participants of the program can be students of universities of all forms of education, young scientists, graduate students and residents participating in research activities, schoolchildren-winners of the All-Russian competition “Big Change”. Also to travel under the program of youth and student tourism will be able to employ young people up to 35 years old, activists, finalists and participants of the contests of the platform of the ANO “Russia – the land of opportunities”. The university also organizes outbound student tourism to the cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, etc., and also developed a program for the reception of young people from their various universities of the country.
