Athletes from 9 countries will start at the Magic Vladivostok Ice Run

On February 17, the international ice half marathon Magic Vladivostok Ice Run will start in Vladivostok. Athletes from 8 countries will start. The Ice Half Marathon is the only race on the frozen sea in the world of this scale, and it has been held in Vladivostok annually for 9 years. Participants from all over Russia come to Vladivostok for impressions and adrenaline, because there is no such thing as running on the frozen surface of the sea! This year, athletes from 19 subjects of the Russian Federation and from 9 countries of the world will participate in the competition: Russia, the Republic of Belarus, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Germany, India, Uzbekistan, Mauritius. Athletes have four distances: 21.1 km for real heroes; 10 km for those who are confident; 5 km for those who are just starting out and who participate corporately; 1 km for the youngest participants. All participants are guaranteed warmth and hospitality: free hot porridge and the same hot Far Eastern tea from the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye) and the pan-Asian restaurant ZUMA. In the zones of "Alfa Bank" and "Ingosstarakh" will be treated with tea, coffee and cocoa with marshmallows. Food court from the chain of Asian food cafe "Chi-Fan" will please with a variety of menus. The post office will work, and everyone will be able to send a postcard to their relatives and friends. In the photo zone, the frame masters capture participants, fans, family, friends, corporate teams. In general, there are many ways to show your involvement in such a classy event. And while the athletes will conquer the distance, for fans will organize a mini-tournament on Valencoball (note: football in boots) and the launch of a kite from the Department of Youth Affairs of Vladivostok.
