TOP 10 dishes with scallop, popular among the youth of Vladivostok

In Vladivostok, the Day of Youth was celebrated on a large scale. Part of the holiday was the street part of the gastronomic festival of the Far Eastern scallop "On the Crest!".

The event was attended by 20 restaurants and cafes of the city. Everyone offered their own menu. But the main condition was the presence of dishes with scallop in it. In the general list of delicious offers, almost half fell on dishes with a scallop. Still one of the delicious symbols of Vladivostok. No wonder the image of the scallop is present in the brandbook of the youth capital. And it could be seen during the holiday on various panels, art objects and photo zones. 

 

For 2.5 days that worked on the festive site of gastrostreet (note: 28, 29 and 30 June), almost 18 thousand portions of food and 10.5 thousand portions of drinks were sold. The chefs told about the taste preferences of the guests of the holiday. And here it is worth noting that the top ranking of dishes reflected the geography of Primorye and its multinationality, the creative campaign of chefs and trends in restaurant and street gastronomy. 

As a result, the TOP-10 scallop dishes, which were bought up with hurrah during the celebration of Youth Day, is as follows:

- Far Eastern pilaf with seafood - The first Far Eastern shawarma with scallop and bacon 

- Noodles with scallop and vegetables 

- Crunchy tubes with a scallop

- Tom Yam Soup with a scallop and mussel Spaghetti with a scallop 

-Pyan-se with a scallop 

- Air rice balls with a scallop filling 

-Scallops with a scallop in creamy cheese sauce 

-Roulets of bacon with a scallop;

Popularity to the "main hero" added master class. During this time, 8 master classes were held. Chefs in the company of friends, colleagues and family members, still on the calendar also the Year of the Family, introduced the participants of these "lessons" with their favorite dishes, the secrets of choice and cooking. In total, master classes honored about 650 guests of the holiday.
