The third gas festival "Sea, flounder!" in Nakhodka was fun, tasty and interesting

For the third time in Nakhodka hosted the gastronomic festival "Sea, flounder!" (0+). On the beach Ritsa gathered not only citizens. The participants of the holiday were Primorye residents and residents of other regions of Russia, who rested these days in the south of Primorye.
From noon, life on the festival site boiled. A pleasant moment – no dress codes, still the sea and the beach next to the food court and stage. The variety of Far Eastern cuisine was represented by chefs of restaurants and cafes of Vladivostok and Nakhodka: the Omlet Station breakfast cafe, the Kim Sisters cafe of Korean cuisine, the Kantina restaurant, the Chi-Fan cafe of Asian street food, the Heat loft cafe, as well as the Lotus fish production company, the Real Bakery and the 33 penguins ice cream. Since the "heroine" of the holiday was flounder, each representative of the catering service willingly shared his views and ideas for the preparation of this sea rayfin fish. There were also four master classes announced in the program, where the chefs shared with the guests the secrets of cooking delicious dishes. Sisters Tatiana and Galina Kim told how to make seaweed soup with flounder and carrots in Korean with squid. And the chef of the chain of cafe "Omlet Station" Azamat Mukhamedov taught everyone to cook Far Eastern okroshka with pollock. He knows how to do that. By the way, this dish is among the favorites during the celebration of Fisherman’s Day in Vladivostok. In total, about 320 people became participants of master classes - and the recipes were memorized, and the secrets were learned, and the dishes were tasted. The top rating of dishes from flounder was as follows: bao with flounder and carrots in Korean, fried flounder in sour and sweet sauce with potatoes, potatoes fried in slices in deep frying with flounder fillet, flounder in cleat with potatoes and tartar sauce, crispy eggplant with flounder and tomatoes in sour and sweet sauce. In total, about 1,850 meals were sold, based on fish and seafood. About 280 kg of flounder went into the world. Ice cream cooled the fervor of the guests of the site, more than 60 kilograms were eaten.
The creative zones were not empty, where the smallest participants of the festival carefully crafted crafts. All guests took part in sports battles, regardless of age. Sports and Tourist Club "Kayak Nakhodka" held family relays on kayaks. Despite the fact that parents and children ruled the kayaks for the first time, the excitement and desire to win went off the scale. The fans supported their idols. All received a sea of positive emotions, positivity, joy and experience. We were satisfied with the participation in the event and local artisans, who for the third year come to this festival venue, where they offer guests their man-made author's works and share the secrets of craftsmanship. “It is nice that there are such events in our region. It was interesting for both children and adults. Residents and guests of Nakhodka enjoyed tasting new dishes, participated in various events, danced, various activities for children were provided on the site, taking into account their age. Holding such events and the work of such sites is an opportunity for an interesting and exciting holiday, getting impressions and a good mood, a point of attraction for tourists, said Natalia Naboichenko, Minister of Tourism of the Primorsky Territory.
The holiday ended with the performance of the COIN musical group and a foam party. Throughout the day, the atmosphere of the summer holiday reigned on the site, and about 6,000 people became its guests.
