Tourist and information center of Primorye at the exhibition FOOD EXPO told about the connection of business, local products and event events

Demonstrating the possibilities of preparing certain dishes, we focused on the local regional product, its promotion both in the domestic market and outside the region. They also stressed that the local product is the basis of our gas festivals, which take into account not only the local product line, but also seasonality, said Vitaly Stanislavchuk, Head of the Programs and Analytics Department of the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye). For example, the established tandem of the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye) and restaurants allowed to bring the latter to the streets, attract them to participate in gastro festivals and show the merits of a product. Another feature is collaboration with business, which allows you to conduct advertising campaigns aimed at forming the image of the Primorsky Territory through food from fast food to high cuisine in status restaurants. An important point in the work of the Tourist and Information Center of Primorye is the promotion of the region at different sites at the expense of its own potential (note: local products, a team of chefs) through the prism of Far Eastern cuisine. But in our work we are not limited only to the borders of the Primorsky Territory, but always focus on the Far East. Here and now represented the potential of the Far Eastern cuisine, combining the capabilities of the subjects. Uniting the regions in promoting tourism through gastronomy is an important moment, said Vitaly Stanislavchuk.
The formation of a regional product can only go through its purchasing opportunities in chain stores. One of the tasks of our site is to show that the product sold in the store can be prepared tasty and useful for the body. The most important thing is that this product is a regional feature of the subjects who take part in the event within the framework of FOOD EXPO, - summarized the author-methodist and head of the project "Gastronomic Map of Russia" Ekaterina Shapovalova.
