The winter fishing festival will take place on February 23. Everyone who wants to fish will be on Lake Vaskovskoye. Sports excitement will be able to show participants from 6 years and older. Start at 11:00. For two hours, four age groups will demonstrate their skills and skill in fishing. And on February 24, the Gastronomic Festival “Smell – 2024” will be held near the key of Rezany. Start at 12:00. The program will surprise with its delicious variety, originality in the presentation of dishes and creativity of participants. Everyone can demonstrate their creative approach in the preparation of their favorite winter fish, regardless of age and status. Among the participants we will see representatives of the cafe “Yerevan”, “Breeze”, “Victor and Company”, “Bukhara”, dining room “Primor”, Dalnegorsk Industrial and Technological College. Secrets in the preparation of dishes from smelt will be shared by masters from the restaurant ZUMA. Three courses are scheduled. Everyone will learn to cook fried smelt with sauce based on cottage cheese and cucumber, he from smelt with fern and roasted smelt with crispy vegetables in a sweet-sharp sauce.
