Second Youth Tourism Forum “More than Travel” to be held in Vladivostok

Vladivostok will become a platform for the All-Russian Youth Tourism Forum “More than a Journey”. The event is scheduled for autumn 2024.

"More than travel" is a project that allows young people to travel around the country, see its unique places, get acquainted with the achievements of universities and industrial enterprises, launch new socially significant ideas and find new friends. " We will show the participants of the All-Russian Youth Tourism Forum “More than Travel” the opportunities of our region in various fields, introduce bright, interesting people, rich culture and traditions, unique nature of Primorye, said Primorye Governor Oleg Kozhemyako at the Forum of National Achievements at the international exhibition-forum “Russia”. This forum should become one of the brightest and most memorable events that will be held this year in the youth capitals. The importance of holding the forum in one of the Youth Capitals-2024 was noted by the head of Rosmolodezh Ksenia Razuvaeva, stressing that in the current fourth season, at least 80,000 young people will become participants in the More Than Travel program. At the same time, more than 90% of the children, taking part in the project and learning a lot about our country, expressed a desire to expand their horizons, meet interesting people and acquire new skills. 

Olesya Teterina, head of the program "More than travel" noted that Primorsky Krai is one of the popular travel destinations among the program participants. Over the three seasons of the development of this program, more than 1.2 thousand young residents of Primorye went on useful trips around the country, and more than 2.2 thousand children from other regions of the country visited the region. The winners of the draw of vouchers to the Primorsky Territory for young people on vacation, and they have yet to get acquainted with Vladivostok and Primorye, the Governor of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako told about the region:
