Snowy Mountain

Snow Mountain is one of the most picturesque and high peaks of the Primorsky Territory, located on the border of the Olginsky and Chuguevsky districts within the National Park "Call of the Tiger". Its height is 1,682 meters, making it not only the highest point of the park, but also one of the most significant peaks of southern Sikhote Alin.
> The name of the mountain was due to the fact that snow on the top can persist until June, and on the slopes even in summer you can find snow. From the top of the Snow opens breathtaking panoramas of mountain ranges, taiga and river valleys, and in clear weather you can see the Sea of Japan.
The mountain area is characterized by a high degree of conservation of nature - there are rare species of plants and animals listed in the Red Book. Near the mountain, the origins of the Milogradivka River, one of the most important rivers in the region, begin, and many representatives of the taiga live: Amur tigers, Himalayan bears, deaf people, spotted deer and other species.
Snow Mountain is not only a natural landmark, but also an important point for ecotourism and scientific research. It is visited by tourists, photographers and scientists who appreciate the savagery, silence and grandeur of the Far Eastern nature.
