d. Vladivostok, Cape Basargin
The lighthouse is located in Peter the Great Bay, is the most beautiful and inaccessible of all the lighthouses of Primorye.

The Basargin Lighthouse is located on the Cape of the same name - Basargin, which is the southeastern tip of the Basargin Peninsula. The cape is a high rock, which is connected to the shore by a low rocky isthmus. In a violent storm, he hides under water. The lighthouse is located within the boundaries of the city of Vladivostok, in Peter the Great Bay. It is the most beautiful and inaccessible of all Primorye lighthouses.

The lighthouse tower was commissioned in 1956, it serves to this day. Then it was an ordinary navigation sign, which was named in honor of the officer of the corvette “Novik” Lieutenant Vladimir Basargin. The tower was installed on the rock-end of the cape, separated from the peninsula by a low isthmus, at an altitude of 19.6 meters from sea level.

To ensure flawless maintenance of the lighthouse, located above the narrow isthmus, a suspension bridge with a length of 75 meters was erected. However, the passage through it is inaccessible to visitors, since this object is special and closed - the Basargin lighthouse has the status of a military secret object. Those who want to capture the picturesque views around it are attracted by a unique way of moving on SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle). For beginners lovers of water adventures, joint sorties under the guidance of professional instructors will be the safest and most recommended. The ideal time for such events is early morning, when the first rays of the sun create a unique atmosphere that surpasses any artistic effects and filters.
