Memorial to Artemov soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, is located on the square of the Palace of Culture in the city of Artem. It was established in 1972 and since then has been a place of memory and sorrow for the residents of the city.

The memorial is a complex that includes memorial plates on which the names of 1,764 residents of Artyom who fell on the battlefields of the Great Patriotic War are carved; a monument to soldiers and a bowl with a constantly burning flame, symbolizing the eternal memory of the dead.
