International Cross-Cultural Festival "MAISKIE"

A large-scale international festival of street culture, where you will find what you like! Regardless of age and sphere of hobbies.

The festival "Maiskiye" is a new level already known in Vladivostok and beyond the festival of Far Eastern gastronomic culture "MidiaSummit", which has been held since 2019. In 2024, the festival was first held under a new name.

> For two days, residents and guests of Vladivostok gather at the festival venue to get acquainted with the diversity of street culture of the Far East. The capital of the Far East is becoming a point of attraction for young people, artists, musical groups and street art ambassadors from all over Russia and the countries of the Asian region. The festival takes place on the site of the Public and Cultural Center "Ocean", which is transformed into a huge stage with a dance floor and an amphitheater. Separate zones are dedicated to modern fashion, street art and gastronomic start-ups.

The cultural program of the first festival was attended by 13 musical groups from Vladivostok, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Ulan-Ude, Beijing and Hong Kong. In dance battles among amateurs and professionals competed more than 60 teams. As part of the festival’s street art program, 9 art objects were created. Over the weekend, more than 31,000 people visited the site. In 2025, the organizers plan to surprise guests with an expanded international program.

The organizer of the international festival of street culture "MAISKIE" is the Pacific Tourist Union. The project is implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. Among the partners of the festival are the Administration of the City of Vladivostok, the Public and Cultural Center “Ocean”, the gastro-bar space FOODLINER, the School of Far Eastern cuisine and the creative digital agency “Exactly!”
