Motherland Monument

Monument "Motherland", located in the village of South Livonia, was installed in 1967 as a symbol of memory of those killed during the Great Patriotic War. The composition of the monument includes a pedestal and a vertical stele in the form of a sail with the inscription “No one is forgotten and nothing is forgotten” and the Order of the Patriotic War. One wing of the sail is decorated with an order ribbon with portraits of three soldiers, and the other has a figure of a grieving woman with a laurel branch. The four-corner pedestal is supplemented by a relief five-pointed star.
