What is trepang?
> This is an invertebrate animal whose body length does not exceed 44 centimeters. For the most part lives in the waters of the Japanese, Yellow, East China Seas and in the southern part of the Okhotsk Sea. The name “sea cucumber” was received for its similarity with a vegetable. Like other seafood, it has a large amount of vitamin B12. Trepang meat contains a large amount of iron, iodine, calcium, copper and phosphorus.

The Trepang Museum has five halls: sea (231 exhibits), forest (218 exhibits), the hall "Russian hut" (158 exhibits), the main (128 exhibits) and the conference hall (theatre) (53 exhibits). The Trepang Museum organizes events and cultural and educational quests for children. In the course of an exciting adventure around the Museum, participants will learn a lot of amazing things about the echinoderm creature that has lived in our sea for more than 500 million years, about its ability to regenerate and many other facts. According to the hints of ancient scrolls, step by step, the participants will have to move to the cherished goal, overcoming difficulties. On the way, young heroes will be able to make a halt in the cinema, watching the story about marine life.
