Embankment of Tsesarevich

> This is an urban recreation area, built in 2012, and one of the most photographed areas of Vladivostok. The embankment received its name in honor of Tsesarevich Nicholas. He visited Vladivostok in 1891 and was present in the construction of the dry dock, which later became part of the Far Eastern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Center. On its territory is the embankment.
> They come to the embankment to walk by the sea and take pictures against the background of the bridge, and in the warm season – also ride rollers. The embankment is spacious and flat - there are few such places in the city where you do not have to climb the hill.
A big plus of the embankment, which not every place in Vladivostok can boast of, is a large parking lot. Note: it is paid.
The place is picturesque: on the one hand - a beautiful view of the Golden Horn Bay, the Golden Bridge and the city, on the other - colorful old buildings belonging to the shipyard. Throughout the year, various festivals and events take place on the embankment.
> The frame asks not only the water area, but also the objects of street art located here, and the former workshops of the shipyard adjacent to the embankment: buildings in the style of the so-called pre-revolutionary eclecticism. It is good to walk with children: there is a large children's town, a cafe, and very close to the circus. You can rent bicycles or scooters, ride rollers and skateboards. In the center of the embankment there is a children’s playground in the form of a ship, a large chessboard and art compositions “Bed of reconciliation” and “Bridge of love”. On the wooden base of the “Blood of Reconciliation”, which was installed in 2014, the words “I love you” are carved in different languages of the world, and it itself is concave to the middle so that people who lie on both sides will inevitably roll towards each other. On the embankment there is also a small viewing platform, which the newlyweds hang locks - a symbol of a strong marriage.
If you walk to the end of the embankment, you will see another kind of “attraction” – a floating dock. Two steps from the embankment of Tsesarevich is the Military Historical Museum of the Pacific Fleet, and a little further, on Pushkinskaya Street, the lower funicular station is another tourist attraction.
