Caller at the memorial "Sorrowful Mother"

The caller at the memorial "The Grieving Mother" was built as a spiritual addition to the monument dedicated to the dead sailors of the trawler "Boxitogorsk". It became part of the memorial complex, strengthening the atmosphere of memory and respect for the 24 crew members who did not return from the flight.
Architecturally, the belfry is a small structure with the ringing of bells that sound during memorable events and create a special emotional mood. Their sound is perceived as a symbol of remembrance of those who died at sea, and as a sign of spiritual connection with the departed.
Today the belfry has become an important addition to the memorial and a significant element of the cultural landscape of Nakhodka. It attracts both residents and tourists, creating an atmosphere of respect, silence and awe. In a complex with the monument “Sorrowful Mother”, the belfry forms a single place of memory, reminiscent of people whose life was connected with the sea and tragically interrupted far from their native shores.
