Cooking "SOK"

A unique feature of the new institution was the historical location in the former apartment building on Svetlanskaya, 5, whose history formed the basis of the concept. First of all, in cooking, they preserved the history of the “Sooks and Water” store, which was located on this place in the Soviet era. So, within the walls of the institution, arches are preserved, on which you can see monumental painting with southern landscapes from the time of the legendary store. I wanted to create a warm atmosphere of the southern resort with a beach and a swimming pool. So that, coming to the "SOK", each guest could distract from current worries and be transferred to a short vacation.
The institution, first of all, attracts interesting dishes at affordable prices and interior.
> In cooking, several cuisines from different countries of the world were combined at once, while the positions remained in the price segment available for each guest. The institution was able to combine both snacks for children who are used to taking a roll with cougar or a sandwich with salmon on a croissant with them and go for a walk on the promenade, and dishes for a more complete lunch. Each guest will find something to their taste in Sok.
From what is in great demand and popularity - branded paella with seafood. The dish is interesting for both local residents and tourists: after all, shrimp, scallop and mussels are already a separate part of the culture of Vladivostok. Guests also celebrate baked trout, beef cheeks and roast in Georgian.
