There are 15 year-round ecospheres with panoramic views of the water area, in which there are everything you need for rest. Through the large panoramic windows you can admire the view of sunsets and dawns, comfortably settling down with a cup of hot tea. On the outdoor terrace of each house there are hot baths, lying in which you can think about something important and dream.

> On the territory of the "Atmosphere" there is a large panoramic dome, which organizes breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as various events. In a separate ecosphere, a lounge area with a wood fireplace, a library and a coffee shop is organized - all this creates a cozy atmosphere in any weather.

The complex has a private beach with baths on the beach, hot fonts with sea water, bonfire areas and heated rooms for barbecue preparation.

Rental of ATVs, bicycles, saps and open-top jeeps is available for residents. In summer, sunbeds and pergolas are available on the beach, and a floating amusement park is located in the water area.
