During the festival, cafes and restaurants of Vladivostok present street versions of dishes made of pollock and crab sticks. The best chefs of the Far East conduct master classes on the preparation of Far Eastern cuisine. The program is complemented by competitions, various activities, souvenir pavilions and photo zones.
