In the framework of the festival "At the Peak" Pan-Asian restaurant ZUMA turns to the north of Thailand - regions with mountains and cooler climate. Here the kitchen is built around dense, hot and warming dishes.

  • on the one hand - a reference to the mountains of Thailand,
  • on the other - a stable expression, denoting the highest point of the form.

> It is in this sense that tom-yam is today at its peak - as a dish that does not lose its relevance and confidently holds its position.

For the festival, the restaurant team has collected three versions of tom-yama, united by a common idea: Thai classics, especially relevant in winter.

In the festival menu:

Thom Gai-yu, traditional ta-yu-yu, lemon-based tea, and fresh koshenka. Served with rice.
  • Tom-Yam with kimchi and mushrooms is coconut-based pungent soup with lemongrass and galang root, flounder fillets, kimchi, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, kaffir-lime, nut sauce and fresh cilantro. Served with rice.
  • Curry Tom Yam is a dense spicy soup with rice noodles, pollock and tiger shrimp, cherry tomatoes, fresh cilantro and coconut-based kaffir lime with garlic, ginger and lime.
