Uliss Asia Restaurant will become a platform for the federal gastronomic project “Native Routes”, which unites leading chefs of Russia and local products of the regions. Chefs Vladislav Korpusov and Peter Birkin are responsible for the dinner. For guests, they prepared a menu of six courses with wine accompaniment, created specifically for this evening. The menu combines modern gastronomy, local products and author's techniques, reflecting the individual style of each chef.

The Native Routes project is implemented by the Rodina Hotels Alliance and introduces guests to the gastronomy of Russian regions through a series of joint dinners where chefs from different cities create menus inspired by local ingredients and traditions. The first dinner was held in Irkutsk and was the beginning of a gastronomic trip around the country. Vladivostok is the next point of the route.

Vladislav Korpusov is one of the brightest chefs of the modern gastronomic scene. Behind him - work in restaurants with Michelin stars in Finland, Norway and Sweden, hundreds of gastro dinners in Russia and Europe and a special sense of taste, born out of respect for the product.

Guests are waiting for 6 servings with wine accompaniment, combining local products and modern gastronomic techniques. Each course is the result of the joint work of two chefs, prepared specifically for this evening.
