> Learn how to properly cut halibut and cook three dishes from it: ear, steak and low-salt halibut.

Haltus is a source of high-quality protein. Fish with delicate white meat, containing few bones and fat, but rich source of omega-3. Perfect for frying, cooking and baking. Cutting halibut is significantly different from ordinary fish due to its specific flat shape. The carcass makes not two fillets, but four. At the master class, the chef will teach you how to cut it correctly, quickly and efficiently.

From the fillets you will prepare three dishes:

Creamy ear. The classic recipe will not surprise anyone, so we will make cream and add a piece of sockeye. Delicate creamy taste will fall in love with the first spoon.

Snow-white halibut steak. We'll serve it on a bright green spinach pillow. It will be easy and amazingly tasty and avant-garde combination. 

Spicy salty halibut. Here, too, move away from the classics and add cognac to the recipe. Believe me, the result will exceed all expectations! This piece you take home and at breakfast enjoy a sandwich with delicious fish.
