Red Army MoD

One of the largest administrative regions of Primorsky Krai. In terms of area, it occupies the third place in the region after Terneisky and Pozharsky districts.

Every year the district is visited by about 300 tourist groups, as there are more than 80 archaeological monuments belonging to different historical periods. The most famous of them - the settlement of the Bohai period - was found during excavations on the banks of the Great Ussurka River near the village of Novopobrovka.
